We do not guarantee the quality of the images in relation to the actual item. Sizes are approximate and prices may vary without notice.

Fountain Fine Art assumes no responsibility for the content on third party websites that we link to including the content provided by others on the Fountain Fine Art Facebook page.

Submitting Content.

By submitting data to Fountain Fine Art by way of our contact form, online shopping facility or Facebook, you understand and agree that we may publish this information. You also agree to indemnify us against third party action taking in relation to this material and also agree not to take action against us in relation to this material.

Terms of Sale


Orders made using our website are subject to availability. These online orders are processed and reconciled once a day. Sales taken at the gallery premises take priority over website sales and there may be delay in the availability status of that item changing on our website. In the event of an online sale being taken for an item that is no longer available, Fountain Fine Art will contact the customer and issue a complete refund by way of a telephone card refund transaction.

Item Description.

Item descriptions including images, titles, sizes, and media should be viewed as approximate. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Order Rejection.

Fountain Fine Art reserves the right to reject an order for whatever reason it sees fit and offer a full refund to the customer by way of a telephone card refund transaction.


Orders may be cancelled in writing (either mail or email to ensure the validity of the applicant) and shall be subject to the written acceptance of Fountain Fine Art. On acceptance, Fountain Fine Art will issue a complete refund to the customer by way of a telephone card refund transaction.


  • Payments are made in advance and subject to an item's availability.
  • Fountain Fine Art will suspend all deliveries where payment is not received.
  • Most major credit cards are accepted for online payment.
  • Currency is only accepted in British Pounds.
  • Buyers outside of the United Kingdom will incur an exchange rate as prescribed by their card issuer.
  • You should check with your card issuer so that you are aware what rate you will be charged before making a purchase.

Ownership and Authenticity.

Fountain Fine Art acts as an agent on behalf of its artists. Artworks remain the property of the artist until paid for in full. Fountain Fine Art guarantees the authenticity of all the artwork it sells from living artists and provides an invoice stating this enclosed within all deliveries.

Privacy Policy.

Commitment to Privacy.

Fountain Fine Art is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information you give to us to provide the necessary service expected from us. Only relevant information is passed to third parties with respect to fulfilling your order. i.e. to our online transaction partner, SagePay, or our shipping partners.

The Information We Collect.

  1. The information we collect for order fulfilment can include, names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers.
  2. We also collect information on web site usage including IP addresses, service provider, browser type, operating system, web pages visited and date and time information. This information is not personally identifiable but is aggregated for statistical purposes to help us optimize and enhance your user experience on our website.
  3. Credit and Debit card information is handled using the secure encryption technology employed by SagePay. We do not store any of these details.


Cookies are small text files stored by the browser on your computer. They do not hold any personal information but do have a unique identifier that we can use to make navigating our site more pleasurable. Cookies are used to provide website users with quick links to previously viewed images, to enable Google maps on our contact page, and facilitate in the online sales process where some transaction details need to be stored whilst the process moves from our site to our secure payment gateway and back.

Delivery Policy

U.K. Delivery.

Charges are based on the items size and weight. This ranges from £10 for small items to £35 for larger and/or heavier items.

Delivery Outside of U.K..

Please complete your order online as normal and we will contact you directly to provide a quote for delivery to your area.

Multiple Item Orders.

Our online buying facility only accepts single item orders. If you wish to purchase more than one item for delivery to the same address, please call us directly as we may be able to reduce the shipping cost.

Delivery Time.

This will depend heavily on item size and delivery location. For U.K. deliveries please allow 1 week for dispatch. For deliveries outside of U.K. we will advise on dispatch and transit times after we have calculated the shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Unwanted Items.

If you are not completely satisfied with the item that you have received please return it to us within 14 days using a suitable courier and packaged in a manner that will ensure its safe return. Returns will only be accepted in perfect condition. On acceptance of a return, we will issue a refund of the cost of the artwork. We will not refund any delivery cost from the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items.

We pack all of our items very well and use reputable couriers. If, however, your package looks damaged, please open it in front of the courier and check its contents before signing for it. If it is damaged, do not accept it! We will issue you a full refund on receipt of the item back from the courier.
